Negative Experiences with Neyra
Several reviewers have had disappointing experiences with Neyra. The company has been criticized for their lack of respect and poor customer service. One reviewer, Rajesh S., expressed frustration with the company's attitude, stating that they need to learn how to respect others.
Another reviewer, Larry Cook, had a problematic experience when trying to request a quote for a driveway replacement. Despite calling twice, he never received a callback, and during the second call, the phone connection was poor, making it difficult to understand the person on the other end. To make matters worse, the person from Neyra hung up on him, leaving a bad impression.
Positive Experience with Neyra
On the other hand, there is one reviewer, Pat Dysart, who had a positive experience with Neyra. In 2018, the company paved their private driveway, doing an excellent job at a reasonable price. Moreover, when Dysart needed some records recently, Neyra provided excellent service, surprising them with detailed information and even a Google satellite picture of the area they worked on.
