Services
New Construction
Specializing in flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems since 1995, we install TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Torch Applied Systems with certified application methods. Our team offers fully adhered, mechanically fastened, and ballasted applications tailored to structural requirements. Backed by manufacturer certifications and decades of regional experience, we ensure code-compliant installations that maximize durability and energy efficiency.
Inspection and Repair
Our expert technicians address flat roof leaks and maintenance needs with precision, utilizing specialized moisture detection equipment to identify hidden damage. We prioritize complete system analysis before recommending repairs, ensuring long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes. With 24/7 emergency service availability, we minimize property risk through timely interventions and preventive maintenance programs.
Re-Roofing
We specialize in complete tear-off re-roofing processes that eliminate trapped moisture and compromised materials. Our method includes decking replacement, insulation upgrades, and installation of modern single-ply systems. Unlike contractors who apply new layers over existing roofs, we address underlying structural issues to prevent future failures, extending roof lifespan while maintaining building integrity.
Dec-Tec Installations
As premier Dec-Tec installers, we transform flat surfaces into durable outdoor living spaces with waterproof decking systems. Our installations create functional rooftop decks and balconies with 10-year warranties, using UV-stabilized, fire-resistant materials that meet North American building codes. Each project combines aesthetic enhancement with practical waterproofing protection for residential properties.
Commercial Roofing
Serving commercial clients since 1995, we provide comprehensive roofing solutions for multifamily dwellings, office buildings, and industrial facilities. Our services include new construction, coating applications with Inland Coatings RC 2000/2200, and maintenance programs tailored to property management needs. Certified in major single-ply systems, we deliver energy-efficient, code-compliant roofs with minimal business disruption during installation.
