Our History

CADS Construction was founded in early 2014 by Sulphur native, David Stutes, who has extensive experience working in the industries, plants, and all aspects of the refining, petrochemical, and power markets. Our vision is to sustain a safe and fulfilling work environment for our employees, supported by our commitment to ethical practices and community engagement. We are proud to be recognized by the National Board, with the authority to stamp "NB Certs", and hold "U" and "R" stamp and National Board certification.

Our Services

At CADS Construction, we offer a wide range of services and multiple divisions to accommodate and supply clients. Our specialty welding group is renowned for its high-quality craftsmanship, retaining AA craft welders on all boilers, towers, heaters, reformers, tanks, drums, and all other coded vessels. We possess a 20,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility, complete with 360 Ton load out capability, 12 automated welders, and two tables for water jet cutting and plasma cutting. Our fabrication capabilities include structural steel, piping (alloy and CS), coded vessels, skid fabrication, and assembly.

Site Construction Services

In addition to fabrication services, we offer comprehensive site construction services, including capital project execution, maintenance and turnaround execution, maintenance support, and capital project support. Our pipeline services include right of way preparation, excavation and boring, prefabrication, pipe stringing and insulation, testing, and site restoration. We also provide professional services, including construction management, planning, scheduling, cost control, inspectors, procurement specialists, and subcontract administration.

Coating Services

Our coating services include sandblasting, painting, and coating solutions designed to protect and extend the life of our clients' equipment and infrastructure. With a strong focus on safety and quality, we work closely with our clients to develop customized coating solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
