Staff Interaction
Some customers had very positive experiences with the sales associates at Opus Stone Miami. Specifically, Vaicel, David, and Juan Pablo were praised for being extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to show customers around the showroom, provided constant updates on order status, and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
On the other hand, there were some negative experiences with staff. Dominic's encounter with the front desk staff member was unprofessional and disrespective, with the representative hanging up on him twice. Ray Reid's experience with Adrian was disappointing, as Adrian was late for a scheduled meeting, lied about the reason for his tardiness, and was rude and defensive when talking to Ray over the phone.
