Services
Sprinkler Systems
Our CAD-designed sprinkler systems ensure uniform coverage with heavy-grade components built to survive Alaskan winters. Installation uses minimally invasive vibratory plows, while seasonal maintenance includes spring activation and fall winterization. Underground systems eliminate tripping hazards while maintaining lush, healthy lawns.
Landscape Management
Comprehensive weekly mowing, edging, and seasonal cleanups keep properties immaculate year-round. Our services include fertilization, lime application, and certified herbicide treatments for weed control. Tailored programs ensure commercial and residential landscapes thrive through Alaska's unique climate challenges.
Snow Removal
Commercial plowing, ice melt application, and snow hauling services maintain safe, accessible properties. Our 2" snow trigger response and proactive monitoring reduce slip-and-fall liabilities. Specialized equipment handles everything from small walkways to large parking lots efficiently.
Parking Lot Sweeping
Eco-friendly parking lot and garage cleaning using dust-suppressed LibertyDX sweepers. Regular maintenance prolongs pavement life, reduces indoor dirt tracking, and enhances curb appeal. Services include construction cleanup, street sweeping, and dust control for commercial properties.
Fall Cleanups
Complete autumn property preparation includes leaf removal, debris cleanup, and final lawn cuts. Our team performs thorough thatching and soil treatments to ensure lawns recover quickly in spring, maintaining year-round landscape health.
