Our Story

The story of KDH Designs began with a young Kimberly D. Haynes, who, as a child growing up in Greenville, found herself captivated by the interiors she glimpsed through windows during neighborhood walks. Inspired by her mother's love of decorating and driven by a desire to create functional and beautiful spaces, she embarked on a journey that would ultimately lead her to establish her own design firm.

Early exposure to the world of design through shadowing programs at local businesses like Ethan Allen of Greenville solidified her passion. After years of honing her skills and gaining invaluable experience at Ethan Allen, Kimberly launched KDH Designs in 2011. Backed by a strong educational foundation from Winthrop University and Tri-County College, combined with extensive mentorship and over two decades of industry expertise, she is uniquely positioned to bring her clients' dreams to life.
