Our Team

Our team, led by our principal, Lou, has over 20 years of experience in construction management, new home construction, home remodeling, customer service, and quality control. Lou holds a bachelor's degree in construction management and is a licensed building inspector in the state of Oregon. He is also certified in exterior envelope and green building practices with an emphasis on modern building practices and sustainability.

• The use of 96% two-stage furnaces, with sealed and tested duct systems located in the conditioned space of the home, reducing energy and natural gas usage
• NEST thermostats that intuitively learn energy-efficient usage
