• Emily Hatfield, Founder & CEO: Emily has a degree in Environmental Studies from Mount Holyoke and has been working in the field of landscape design for over 20 years. She is constantly expanding her skill set to include lighting, irrigation, erosion control, and drainage, making her a true designer who is not only concerned with aesthetics but also a design's total interaction with the land.
• Lisa, Senior Plant Specialist & Crew Member: Lisa has a background in horticulture and landscaping and has interned at Strybing Arboretum in San Francisco. She is constantly learning and expanding her knowledge of plants, greywater systems, and rainwater harvesting.
• Ali, Design Assistant: Ali brings a unique perspective and skill set to our team, assisting in the design process and ensuring that every project meets our high standards.
