3. GSD PROVIDES DESIGN PROPOSAL

4. OBTAIN SITE SURVEY (IF NEEDED)

5. DESIGN & PRESENTATION

6. DESIGN REVISIONS

7. COMPLETION OF REVISIONS AND/OR BID SUBMITTAL TO HOA/CITY

8. CONSTRUCTION AND/OR MATERIALS + FURNITURE SOURCING

9. INSTALLATION/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT
