At Dau Builders, LLC, we are a growing general contractor company with a rich history that dates back to 1998. Our company was founded by Vu Dau, President and Owner of Dau Interiors, LLC, who has a strong background in the construction industry. Vu started his journey in the construction business from the ground up, building walls with his own hands. He gradually worked his way up the ladder, gaining valuable experience and expertise in the field. Today, we specialize in building medical and dental offices, as well as other interior projects. Additionally, we have expanded our services to include ground-up construction projects.

Our Mission

At Dau Builders, LLC, our mission is to deliver quality craftsmanship, on time, and within a reasonable budget. We strive to create unique and functional designs that reflect the personality and individuality of each client. Our work is inspired by creativity, and we aim to express that creativity in every project we undertake. We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional results that meet their needs.

Design-Build Concept

As a design-build company, we have partnered with DP Design, an architectural design company, to provide a comprehensive solution for our clients. The design-build concept allows us to control the build-out process, saving our clients time and money. Our design-build concept includes eight key criteria that ensure a smooth and successful project outcome. We believe that our design-build approach will ultimately produce better results for our clients.

Over the years, we have completed a wide range of projects, including medical and dental offices, interior projects, and ground-up construction projects. We have worked with numerous clients, delivering high-quality results that meet their needs. Some of our notable projects include Oui Eat, DTD Office Warehouse, Pearland Plaza, West Gray Plaza, Harmony Square Plaza, Creative Nails, Shipley Donuts, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Pure Massage Bliss, Gee Washateria, Wilson Orthodontics, and VietFace TV.

Our New Office

We are proud to have completed the design-build of our new office in August 2006. The office is located at 6830 Wilcrest, Houston, TX 77072. We are excited to continue growing and expanding our services to meet the needs of our clients.
