Gregory Tsark, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, serves as the Principal Architect. A graduate of Tulane University with a deep understanding of the architectural world, Greg brings a wealth of experience to the firm. From his role as University Architect for Florida Institute of Technology, he honed his skills in infrastructure planning and institutional representation for major campus developments. As the founder of Tsark Architecture, he instills the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and competence in every aspect of our work.

Jill Grosskreutz, our Business Manager, is a cornerstone of our operational success. With over 26 years of experience in Business Administration, she holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics with a Finance Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Her expertise spans business management, real estate, finance, data analysis, and management reporting. Jill's meticulous attention to detail and dedication to efficiency ensure that our projects run smoothly and effectively.

Shad Traylor, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, brings a wealth of experience in architectural design and leadership to his role as Senior Architect. His journey spans 34 years, encompassing a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University, a Master's degree in Business Administration, and a concentration in Arts Management and Leadership from Webster University. Currently a Registered Architect in ten states, Shad's extensive knowledge and unwavering dedication contribute significantly to our team's accomplishments.

Chris Rhoden, Assoc. AIA, serves as our Senior Project Manager, drawing on a remarkable 38 years of experience in the architectural field. Starting his career as a Junior Draftsman, Chris has earned his expertise through hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry's nuances. His portfolio includes the design of numerous fire stations in Brevard County, Police Department headquarters, churches, and other religious facilities. Chris also possesses extensive knowledge in Healthcare Architecture. An active member of the American Institute of Architects, Chris has served three terms as Associate Director for the Space Coast Chapter and has been a past member of the Board of Directors for AIA Space Coast.

Our talented Architectural Designers, Christoph Weiss and Luke Larson, bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to every project. Christoph, holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The Savannah College of Art and Design, has gained valuable experience in various facets of the industry, including working with a Structural Engineer. Luke, with his Master's degree in Architecture and Community Design from the University of South Florida, brings focused expertise in sectors like institutional, K-12 education, healthcare, and local government projects.

Amber Albury, our recent addition to the team, graduated with an accredited Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University in 2022. Her passion for sustainability and urban growth fuels her mission to create innovative, eco-friendly designs that harmonize with their surroundings.
