Our Story

Nordic Brick & Stone was born from a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to providing exceptional service. 25 years ago, Wayne and Nancy Jenzen founded Alex Brick & Stone in Alexandria, Minnesota. Driven by their love for stone masonry and a desire to help others, they built their business brick by brick, piece by piece, just like the craft they knew and loved. Over the years, they expanded their reach, opening Lake Country Fireplace & Exteriors in Willmar in 2008 and completing the trio with Nordic Brick & Stone in Nisswa in 2021.

Today, the legacy continues. Wayne's son Neil, with his extensive experience in masonry and landscaping, joined forces with Joel Peterson, an expert in geosynthetics and erosion control, further solidifying Nordic's reputation as a one-stop-shop for all things brick and stone.

With three beautiful showrooms and a team of over 40 dedicated professionals, Nordic continues to grow while staying true to its founding principles: providing expert advice, quality materials, and exceptional service to every customer.
