Our Story

Founded in 1977 by Vernon Proctor and his wife Linda in Irving, Texas, Mart has built a reputation for integrity and excellence. Vernon, still active as President, established our company on the principles of honesty and hard work. His son, Tim, is a minority owner and serves as Vice President and Director of Operations. We take pride in our comprehensive services, from renovation to new construction, and our expertise in various markets, including education, municipal, state, federal, sports and recreation, and religious facilities.

Our Expertise

As a comprehensive General Contractor, we maintain an equipment and materials yard in Irving, Texas. Our team includes seasoned construction professionals, carpenters, and laborers on staff. We are licensed as a Mechanical Contractor and an Electrical Contractor, and we maintain a large metal shop where we complete structural steel projects of varied sizes. We are bonded to seven million dollars for any one project.
