Maintenance Support Capability

To achieve a successful installation and minimize costs, it is crucial that the security contractor has a maintenance support capability in place and operational. At SPT Corp., we provide a full line of security maintenance programs, which includes monthly preventative maintenance of new and existing security systems. We also offer 24-hour emergency service for all our clients. All systems are signed over to the client with a one-year warranty that includes preventative maintenance on a regular basis by a qualified technician. After the initial one-year warranty period, we can provide a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Agreement.

Preventative Maintenance Program

Our Preventative Maintenance program protects the system from component failure, equipment malfunction, or everyday wear and tear. As an added protection, we visit our clients monthly to ensure the operating status of the systems. At the same time, we back up system software information onto disc and archive it to establish an up-to-date database, which minimizes system downtime and end-user reprogramming in the event of system failure.

Previous Experience

Over the years, SPT Corp. has participated in the design, coordination, and installation of security systems ranging in size from one card access control door to security management computer-based systems controlling numerous doors, cameras, and alarm points. We also provide our customers with design assistance by coordinating system installations with architects, engineers, and designated contractors to ensure the end product meets the expectations of the client.
