Meet the Team

Our team of experienced building professionals, led by Owner and President Mike Heid, guides you through the entire process - from initial floor plans to finishing decor. Mike has a craftsman's eye for details and understands all the stages your home goes through during construction. He will make sure your home fulfills our high standards of quality and value. Our Interior Designer, Kelly Heid, is the "K" in MK. She is our interior designer for our spec homes and also helps in the office. Her passion is helping others, being a part of their home building journey, and keeping up to date on the latest trends. Jon Nottingham is our VP of Operations. He graduated from The University of Akron where he played baseball. Since then, he's gained much experience in helping businesses not only grow but thrive in his previous positions.
