In addition to our construction services, we operate a 10,000 square foot facility dedicated to the design and fabrication of bespoke pieces. Our craftspeople excel in crafting custom furniture, cabinetry, built-ins, retail displays, and specialized products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our materials and the meticulous attention to detail that goes into every handcrafted element.

Carl Woodruff, Member-Owner, Project Manager, brings over fifteen years of experience in construction, fabrication, and project management. His background includes advanced fabrication techniques, material science, and a dedication to sustainable building practices.

Chris Millette, Member-Owner, Designer, blends his artistic background with a deep understanding of design principles and construction techniques. He has years of experience in both residential and commercial projects, emphasizing sustainable design solutions.

Noah Modie, Member-Owner, Architect, combines his architectural expertise with a commitment to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts and New York, and his expertise spans from conceptual design to construction documentation.
