Confusing Communication and Hidden Fees
The majority of the reviews praise the company's service, delivery, and customer service. However, Author Bryce Wall's review highlights a negative experience. Bryce scheduled a dumpster delivery and pickup, but three weeks later, the dumpster was still there. He was charged a $7 per day fee for the extended period, without being notified of the need to schedule a pickup. He was given a date for pickup and the option to extend, but this was not clearly communicated.
