Meet Us

Our team is led by President Kevin Fahey, who is deeply involved in industry associations, civic organizations, and not-for-profit entities throughout the metropolitan area. Additionally, CEO Joseph Fahey has served as chair of the Missouri Transportation Coalition and the Surface Transportation Committee of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. We are proud of our involvement in the community, particularly in education, and have maintained a long history of partnerships with local schools and organizations.

Our History

Our company was founded in 1971 by Mr. Joseph M. Fahey, who gradually built a solid foundation by pursuing larger jobs in the early years. In 1979, we entered the cold milling market, and in 1984, we acquired our first asphalt plant in Kansas City, Kansas. This plant enabled us to work closely with municipalities in Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth counties, and the Kansas Department of Transportation, on their hot-mix asphalt requirements. We have continued to grow and expand, acquiring new assets and expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
