Our Story

All PRO Services Co. was founded in 1996 by Wayne H. Crotty, a second-generation septic tank contractor and owner of the company. Wayne's passion for the industry and dedication to providing excellent service have been the driving force behind the company's success. Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, with the addition of Wayne's wife, Robin, also a co-owner. Their three sons, Kendall, Brandon, and Christopher, have also joined the family business, bringing a new generation of expertise and enthusiasm to the company.

Our Team

Our team is led by Wayne H. Crotty, owner and president of All PRO Services Co. Wayne is a second-generation septic tank contractor and has been in the industry for over 40 years. He is joined by his wife, Robin, who serves as the company's secretary-treasurer. Kendall J. Crotty, Wayne's son, is the company's vice-president and has been involved in the industry for over 20 years. Brandon C. Crotty, another son, is the company's office manager and assistant secretary-treasurer.

• Septic systems: We offer a full range of septic system services, including new installations, aerated and advanced septic systems, aerated maintenance agreements, septic system repairs and rejuvenations, septic tank and grease trap pumping, and lift station maintenance and pumping.
• Wastewater treatment: We provide wastewater treatment services, including septic tank pumping and maintenance.
