H&L Advantage began its journey in 1970 as a sales, design, and engineering firm for manufacturers. Our Expertise

At H&L Advantage, we specialize in plastic injection molding, offering a comprehensive range of services that streamline plastics production. Our expertise lies in insert molding, which integrates metal parts such as inserts, clips, and terminals directly into your plastic part. This process eliminates the need for expensive secondary operations, enhances product strength, and improves visual appearance.

Our other services include shuttle molding, gas assist molding, sonic welding, and pad printing. We also manage product development and tooling, making it easy for us to transform your napkin sketch into a finished product through our engineering team. We are committed to walking you through the entire process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Our Facility and Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art, 64,000 square-foot production facility is equipped with injection molding machinery ranging from 55 to 950 tons. We employ lean and green manufacturing principles and offer a variety of plastic injection molding capabilities, including traditional injection molding, insert molding, shuttle molding, and gas assist molding.

Our assembly capabilities include, but are not limited to, sonic welding, heat staking, press fitting, riveting, hand kitting, and automated assembly systems. We can procure any required components, assemble finished goods, and provide packaging to your specifications.
