Services
Popcorn Removal
Professional popcorn ceiling removal eliminates outdated textures while preserving structural integrity. Our process involves careful scraping, surface preparation, and application of new finishes. We address hidden drywall imperfections revealed after removal, ensuring seamless results that modernize spaces while maintaining safety standards during dust containment and cleanup.
Smooth Finish Application
Premium smooth finish applications create contemporary surfaces through multi-coat joint compound techniques. We employ level 5 drywall finishing standards, including skim coating and specialized fiberglass tape for peaked ceilings. This labor-intensive process delivers flawless surfaces ideal for high-value properties seeking modern aesthetics.
Drywall Repair
Comprehensive drywall repair addresses damage from leaks, structural issues, or wear. Our approach includes precise damage assessment, texture matching, and complete surface restoration. We specialize in seamless repairs for both minor patches and extensive replacements, ensuring structural integrity while maintaining visual consistency with existing finishes.
Skim Coating
Skim coating applies thin compound layers to create ultra-smooth surfaces. This technique effectively covers imperfections in existing textures while preparing walls for modern finishes. Our three-coat process with thorough sanding transforms outdated surfaces into contemporary spaces with clean, polished appearances.
Knockdown Texture
Professional knockdown texture application creates modern stucco-like ceilings using commercial-grade equipment. We ensure even coverage and proper troweling techniques for subtle, uniform patterns. Our process includes surface preparation and painting options to deliver durable, aesthetically pleasing alternatives to traditional popcorn textures.
