At E.R. Long Associates, we have a rich history of representing specialty building products, with over 50 years of expertise in the construction industry. Our company was founded on a foundation of knowledge and experience gained from our sister company, Mas-Con, which focused on Masonry and Concrete accessories. Over the years, we have adapted to the ever-changing construction landscape, expanding our focus to include Stucco and Thin Stone Veneers, as well as the Building Envelope as a whole.

Our Mission

Our mission is to advocate for manufacturer success and sales through education. We help manufacturers increase sales, market products, and offer technical support by educating the three primary players involved in the construction industry: Architect/Engineer, Builder, and Distributor/Subcontractor. By educating these parties on the best products to use and proper installations, we help eliminate construction problems on projects.

Led by Steve Long, our President and CEO, our team includes Joe Long, Vice President of Operations, Rachel Long, Vice President of Sales - Design and Builder Development, and Katie Long, Director of Marketing and Business Development.
