Installation Issues
Fred Smith Plumbing received a 2-star review from Ella Parker, who had a disappointing experience with the company. The installation of her garbage disposer was plagued with issues, including incorrect wiring, miswiring, and sparks nearly causing a fire. The company's staff handling calls and emails was also unresponsive, leading to a two-week postponement of the appointment. Parker ultimately solved the problem by purchasing a simple air switch from a supply store and installing it herself.

Unprofessional Behavior
Brittney Reimert, Jean Butel, and Mike Samtur had negative experiences with the company. They reported poor communication, cancellations, and no-shows. Samtur's experience was particularly egregious, with the company not showing up despite repeated promises and eventually claiming that the job was too small to be worth their time.
