Our History and Evolution

Spa Shop has been a staple in the Port Angeles community for 36 years. Founded by Mike and Kathy DeRousie, it started as a side gig in their family garage. Over the years, it has grown into a renowned spa service and repair company, serving Hot Spring, Caldera, Hot Spot, Tiger River, and Fantasy spa brands. Despite closing our storefront, we will continue to provide our services as a mobile spa service & repair company, dispatching from our home.

Our Expertise

Mike, with 36 years of experience in the spa industry, holds a master residential electrical maintenance license, a requirement for spa repair technicians in our state. This expertise ensures that our customers receive the best possible service and repair for their spas.

Our Commitment to Customers

We understand the importance of taking care of our customers. While we will be focusing on spa service and repair, Thurman's Supply in Port Angeles will take over the sales of spa chemicals, filters, and covers. We will continue to use our current phone number, website, and Facebook page for updates and will post referrals for stove installations and repairs on brands we do not service.

Our Legacy

Throughout our 36 years, we have been fortunate to employ the best co-workers and meet many wonderful customers and friends. Our children and grandchildren have grown up here, with the younger ones taking naps in the back room while the older ones have worked here part-time. We are now serving our 3rd generation of customers! It has been a great ride, and we genuinely appreciate your loyalty and support over the years.
