Global Modular, Inc. was founded in November 2001 with a mission to provide high-quality, full-service construction services utilizing modular technology. Our management team, with over 150 years of combined experience, aimed to differentiate ourselves from the industry norm by offering a diverse range of products and services. Located in Central California, our 100,000 square foot manufacturing plant is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art automated technology, enabling us to meet our customers' needs efficiently.

Our diversified product offerings include standard relocatable classrooms, complete campuses with cafeterias, gymnasiums, auditoriums, science and computer labs, daycare/head start facilities, restrooms, and administrative buildings. We also specialize in our unique "Slab-on-Grade" permanent construction design, which features site-installed poured concrete slabs with modular sections built in our factory. This design offers various roof pitches and exterior finishes, creating the appearance of stick-built construction.
