Pre-Construction

Our pre-construction services include public utility coordination, contract negotiation, municipality coordination and submittals, cost estimating and analysis, value engineering, and product and material procurement. We also provide collaboration with design and subcontractor trades, as well as owner, contractor, architect, and team building and communication.

Construction Management

Our construction management services include consistent communication with real-time updates between the field, office, and owners using our advanced project management software. Our experienced team is trained and equipped to optimize productivity, minimize risk, and maximize your budget. We also provide in-house training for all parties involved in the project to maximize the understanding and usage of our project management software.

Design-Assist

Our design-assist services include guiding clients with the most up-to-date and cost-effective products and building methods while ensuring the quality and safety of the project. We produce ROM pricing throughout the process to ensure that we help design to your budget while exceeding expectations. We also bring in key trade partners to design a budget and help mitigate any potential problems while providing solutions.
