Meet the Team

Our team is comprised of individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. From our owner, Dan Riener, to our office manager, Marci Trump, we have a team that is passionate about heating and cooling. Tim Hinger, our home advisor, works closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions. Pete Bly, our field supervisor and lead installer, ensures that all installations are done with precision and punctuality. Deanna Vandever, our install coordinator, handles the logistics of each installation to ensure everything runs smoothly. Natalie Weiler, our dispatcher, is the first point of contact for our customers and ensures that all service requests are handled promptly. Chance Laugher, our service manager and service technician, oversees all service calls and ensures that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive. Hayden Allen, Seth Board, Jose Diaz, Avery Moreno, Jordan Walker, Trevor Oliver, and Eric Flowers make up our team of service technicians and installers who are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers.

American Air Heating & Cooling is a locally owned HVAC company that was started by Dan Riener, who was born and raised in the Walla Walla Valley. The business began in his garage in 2015 and has since grown into a thriving company. We are committed to installing high-quality, dependable, and efficient heating and air conditioning equipment. The quality control is much higher, and the integration of technology into HVAC has really eased the process for our customers. Our business thrives due to a booming rate of referrals from our customer base. Word of mouth travels fast in a small town!
