Location & Lot Selection

If you have your lot picked out already, perfect, let's get building! If not, we have wooded walk-out lots available. Our experienced team can help you find the perfect location that fits your needs and budget.

Customize Plans & Detailed Proposal

We have numerous ranch and 2-story floor plans to choose from. Or you can bring us your own plan-we would love to help you customize it and bring it to life! We provide you with a detailed proposal before the building begins to give you peace of mind that your home will be constructed to your specifications.

Begin Selection & Interior Design Process

Complimentary selection and design assistance is provided, if you so choose, from Ann Scallon, who does all of the selection and design of our spec homes. We'll work with you to choose the perfect colors, materials, and fixtures that reflect your personal style and complement your new home.

Welcome Home!

Before you move in, Paul or our Job Site Coordinator will walk through your beautiful new home with you. We'll make sure to get any questions answered and provide you with a 1 Year Written Builders Warranty at closing.
