With a combined 25 years of industry experience, our leadership team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Meet Paul Conrad, our President and founder, who has a deep understanding of the construction industry, having grown up in a 100+ year old family firm. Craig Roth, our VP of Construction, brings a wealth of experience, having worked on a wide variety of projects across the country. John Schenk, our Senior Project Manager, has a passion for building and a collaborative approach, while Troy Brown, also a Senior Project Manager, has a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
