Our story began when the Kelsay family moved from Portland, Oregon to Phoenix, Arizona in 2005, bringing with them over ten years of experience in the remodeling industry. Our owner, Dennis Kelsay, has spent most of his adult life in the construction trades and has a passion for meeting with clients to discuss their dreams and visions of upcoming projects.
As a full-service company, we believe that a thorough planning and design phase is key to ensuring that our customers are happy with the final product. Our plans are developed for the purpose of permitting, HOA submittal, and general design discussion. We are bound by a high code of ethics in fulfilling our clients' design and building projects. Our goal is to exceed our clients' expectations and complete projects on time and on budget.

Poor Customer Experience
The reviewer, Peter P., had a disappointing encounter with Dennis, who came to their house to provide a quote. Unfortunately, Dennis came across as rude and had bad breath, which made the experience uncomfortable for Peter and his wife.
