Services
Metal Stamping
We provide high-precision metal stamping using over 50 presses with 90-ton capacity, producing parts up to 5x5 inches with tolerances of +.003. Our capabilities include brass, stainless steel, aluminum, and phosphor bronze materials, serving industries requiring complex decorative and functional components with consistent quality.
Die Casting
Our zinc die casting produces parts with superior mechanical properties, including tensile strength of 41,000 psi and dimensional stability of +.002. Using Zamak #3 alloy, we create complex shapes with wall thicknesses as thin as .020 inches, leveraging 150-ton presses and multi-cavity molds for cost-efficient high-volume production.
Wire Forming
We manufacture precision wire and strip-formed components using 20+ four-slide and multi-slide machines. Capable of working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals from 16-gauge (.062) to 3-gauge (.243), we produce both decorative and structural parts for industries requiring exacting specifications and high-volume consistency.
Custom Plating
Our plating and finishing services include nickel, copper, brass, bronze, and pewter options with decorative and functional benefits. Processes like oxidizing, bright dipping, and vibratory finishing enhance corrosion resistance, solderability, and paint adhesion while offering antique, colonial, and frosted aesthetic finishes for diverse application requirements.
Prototype Development
We offer rapid prototyping using soft tooling and rubber molding technologies for stamped, wire-formed, and die-cast parts. Our engineering team collaborates with clients from concept sketches to functional prototypes, ensuring design validation and cost-effectiveness before full-scale production begins.
