For over 35 years, Race Mountain Tree Services, Inc. has been dedicated to providing professional tree care to the landscapes of The Berkshires in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. Our journey began in 1977 as Race Mountain Forest Services, with a focus on forestry consulting. However, over time, our passion for trees and arboriculture led us to shift our primary focus to tree care. Today, we are proud to be a team of 8 full-time employees, offering a wide range of arboricultural services.

Our commitment to excellence is rooted in our founder's, Ron's, extensive education and field experience. He holds certifications as a Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut Certified Arborist, as well as a Registered Consulting Arborist and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ). Ron's passion for sharing knowledge has led him to teach Arboriculture to landscape design students at the Berkshire Botanical Garden and contribute to various community initiatives, including the Sheffield Tree Project and the Berkshire County Arborists Day.

Our team includes experienced professionals like George, who brings 20 years of Plant Health Care experience, and Kieran, our Tree Crew Leader, who is certified as an Arborist and has extensive training in aerial rescue and first aid. We take pride in our diverse team's expertise and commitment to providing the finest professional care for your trees and woody shrubs.
