Prefer Paving & Ready-Mix started its journey in 1994, founded by Brian & Debbie Mold. Driven by Brian's over 17 years of experience in the paving and blacktopping industry, the company began humbly in a backyard, utilizing a small paver and dump truck. With the unwavering support of their two children, Jamie and Johnny, Prefer Paving & Ready-Mix embarked on an incredible growth trajectory, rapidly establishing itself as a force to be reckoned with in the asphalt, concrete, and paving industry.
