Our team of GRO Experience Managers (GEMs) and Project Managers are experts at making home improvement dreams come true. From landscape design to construction and remodeling, our team of experts will guide you through every step of the process. With years of combined experience and a passion for their work, our GEMs and Project Managers are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service and quality.

Our Team Members

Alexa Lee, Sales Manager - Landscaping

Alexa has been with GRO since 2016 and loves the creative process of taking an existing home and giving it new life. In her free time, Alexa enjoys spending time at the motocross track with her family and going on walks with her dog, Gunner.

Bob Carey, Landscape Management GEM

Bob has been with GRO since 2019 and his favorite thing about working at GRO is getting to know his clients and providing them top-tier service. On weekends you'll find Bob trail running in Forest Park or mountain biking in the Gorge.

Colby Seibold, GC Division Manager - GC/Remodeling, GEM

Colby has been at GRO since 2019 and has a passion for building with high attention to detail. On weekends you'll find Colby kayaking, hiking, and exploring the NW wilderness.

Sean Kearney, Landscaping GEM

Sean has been with GRO since 2021 and his favorite thing about working at GRO is helping clients get the most out of their homes. In his free time, Sean loves to guide fishing trips all over the Pacific NW.

Bobby Eldon, Landscaping GEM

Bobby has been with GRO since 2024 and is excited for the upcoming outdoor season. In his free time, Bobby loves spending time with his family, working on house projects, skiing, and golfing.

Craig Dehning, Landscape Management GEM

Craig has been with GRO since 2023 and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his clients. On weekends you'll find Craig spending time with his family and squeezing in a round of golf if he can.

Johnny Burrows, Landscape Management GEM

Johnny has been with GRO since 2023 and has three decades of experience in Landscaping. On weekends you'll find Johnny spending time with family, golfing, and playing softball.

Lucas Denning, Builder Services GEM

Lucas has been at GRO since 2017 and works with local developers to landscape new homes before they hit the market. On weekends you can find Lucas cooking steaks and enjoying time with his family.
