Our company is led by a strong ownership team with a proven record of performance in the commercial and residential disciplines of construction. Our team has a strong background in leadership and experience, with a combined decades of expertise in construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and roofing.

Our ownership, management, and administrative staff are qualified skilled professionals who have been successful in various projects. We have a consulting division that allows us to provide cost-effective guidance, performance, and safety for your projects. Our commitment is to team with the SBA as an SBA 8a participant and to further grow into the Federal Government construction sector and become a community resource in all facets of the construction industry.

Our leadership, Antwan Mason-West, President, has an 18-year history in the Banking industry as an Executive and Officer in the banking and credit union sector. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Business Management in 1993. He obtained CSE and CUCE designations and during his time in the industry worked directly with builders and developers in various facets of the industry. Also, he holds certifications in the construction industry in QC, OSHEA 30 and as an Asbestos supervisor. In 2007, he started his first business with a partner and later sold out in 2011. As President, his commitment is to team with the SBA as an SBA 8a participant and to further grow into the Federal Government construction sector and become a community resource in all facets of the construction industry.

• Design Build Services: We have a partnership team of engineers, architects, and consultants to design and build what you need. Our design build services provide you with the flexibility to get the project you want from concept to completion.

• Plumbing Services: We have a plumbing team with over 15 years of residential and commercial plumbing experience. Our team is equipped to handle all your plumbing needs from installation to repair.

• Roofing Services: Our roofing team and partners can provide you with any type of roofing system to meet your needs. Whether you need a new roof installation, repair, or maintenance, we have the expertise to get the job done.

Featured Projects

We have successfully completed several projects that showcase our capabilities and expertise. Some of our featured projects include:

• USACE Fort Huachucha, AZ Renovate: This project involved renovating mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. In addition, we renovated existing restrooms and provided ABA compliant men's and women's restroom areas with LED Lighting, exhaust fans, and all related accessories.

• Enterprise (3RM): This project was for the purpose of providing commercial roof replacement, preventative maintenance, correct repairs, for the United States Air Force Active, Guard, and Reserve locations, the US Army, and Navy Installations within the contiguous United States including Alaska.
