Our Story

Our story began when Ken Conard founded Ken Conard Construction in 1958. After many years of hard work and dedication, Ken and his wife, Marilyn, retired in 1997. Their son, Paul, took over the business, renaming it Paul Conard Construction. Paul's parents, Ken and Marilyn, laid the foundation for our company's success, and we are committed to carrying on their legacy.
