Our founder, Saima Seyar, ASID, Registered Interior Designer, creates unpredictable combinations of patterns, textures, and materials to create exceptional interiors that complement her clients' styles. Our design-build services begin from discovery to concept, to a well-designed interior that speaks of its dwellers, is aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. For Residential and Commercial projects, Elima Designs offers: New Construction from conception to build-out, Renovation and Remodeling, and Turn Key Design. Other services include: Design Consultation: Hourly service and Custom Design for Furniture, Drapery, Plans and Drawings.

She has received numerous accolades, including a 2021 Merit Award from ASID National and a 2019 Ruby Award from ASID TXGC. She has also served as Past-President of ASID TXGC and CST for ASID National Headquarters.
