Our Story

Our company's rich history dates back to the early years of Jerome T. Osborne, Sr., who was born on April 6, 1922. Growing up on his family's farm, Jerome developed a strong work ethic and competitive nature, which later became the foundation of our business. He started his professional career in 1941 in the custom farming business and gradually expanded into the construction materials industry. Today, we are proud to carry on his legacy, with locations across northeast Ohio, focused on providing excellent service and superior product quality.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support various construction projects, from small driveways to corporate construction. Our services include:

• Ready Mix: Providing a wide range of mix designs for any and every job you may have.
• Aggregate: With material sourced from all around the Great Lakes, we have everything you need to get your project done.
• Asphalt: Our plant is able to produce 350 ton per hour using various materials, including recycled asphalt products.
• Trucking: Our trucks provide stabilization materials when and where you need it, as well as delivery of aggregate material to make any job easier.
