Abramson Construction

Abramson Construction Corporation was founded in 1989 by Jeffrey F. Abramson with the goal of providing a unique hands-on, quality control approach to every project's development. With years of experience working for the in-house construction divisions of the largest commercial development and construction companies in the Washington area, Mr. Abramson aimed to offer the same level of service and attention to detail that he had performed in the past. This approach has been instrumental in the success of the company, ensuring personal involvement and close field supervision for every project, resulting in a better project outcome and the lowest bottom-line cost.

Our Services

Our expertise includes construction of office buildings and commercial tenant interiors, construction and major renovations of shopping centers, retail tenant fit-up, restaurant and food service design and implementation, and multifamily development, construction, and remodeling. We have successfully completed a variety of specialty projects, such as the construction of the Lincoln Memorial visitors' food service and souvenir Kiosks, the historic renovation of the Parrish Hall (circa 1860) in Saint Margaret's Church, and the development and construction of Cargo Building No. 4 at Dulles International Airport. Additionally, we are members of the United States Green Building Council, focusing on expanding our abilities to assist clients by taking an active approach to meeting environmental needs.

Our Capabilities

Our capabilities cover the entire construction and development process, including commercial, retail, and multifamily residential projects. We pride ourselves on representing the Owner's interests from preliminary design and development to final tenant or turn-key delivery. Our team is available to provide a range of services, including land acquisition review, pro-forma preparation and analysis, feasibility studies, and predevelopment financing availability.
