Since our beginning in 1988, Sulzer Machine has grown into one of the highest quality, largest capacity, custom job shops in Central Wisconsin. Our services include milling, turning, welding, engineering, grinding, painting, and in-place inspection.

Our Services

Our milling services include horizontal and vertical milling with various capabilities in terms of travel distances. Our horizontal milling machines include a 4.3" Toshiba BTD 110 R16 CNC Boring Bar with Rotary Table, a 4.3" Toshiba 200QH CNC Boring Bar with Dual Rotary Pallets, a 5.9" Toshiba BP 150 P45 CNC Boring Bar, and a 5.9" Toshiba BP 150 R22 CNC Boring Bar with Rotary Table. Our vertical milling machines include a Mazak VTC 805E Machining Center, a Mazak VNC 575C Machining Center, a Mazak Variaxis i-800T Machining Center with Turning Capabilities, a Mazak AJV 5080 Machining Center, and a Mazak VCN 410A Machining Center.

Our turning services include various turning machines with different capabilities. We also offer AWS D1.1 certified welding services and grinding services that cater to your specific requirements. Additionally, we provide wet spray painting services for all your painting needs. We also offer in-place inspection services to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

We obtained our ISO 9001:2015 certification in November 2014, further reinforcing our commitment to quality.
