Our Process

Our projects typically subdivide into two phases: Pre-Construction and Construction. The pre-construction phase involves value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, construction planning, subcontractor selection, administrative reporting, long-lead item ordering, and jurisdictional compliance. Once the groundwork is laid, we move into the construction phase, where we translate architectural and engineering concepts into a fine new finished environment.
