Our Services

As a professional landscape designer, Lois Miller brings an extensive knowledge of plants and landscape solutions to all her planning projects and consultations. Her expertise includes preparing landscape plans for homeowners, small-scale commercial, and planned developments. By participating in many community projects, she has gained an understanding of the needs of larger organizations, various age groups, and backgrounds.

Our services include landscape design consultations, site visits, and measurements, as well as the creation of plot plans, preliminary drawings, and final working plans for bid and installation. We also refer contractors or suppliers for the project, ensuring that our clients receive competitive bids from qualified professionals.

Our Expertise

Lois Miller's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, as well as art and design training from College of Marin and Cal Poly. She has also received hands-on training in landscape construction through apprenticeship. Her lifelong passion for working with plants and gardening has led to extensive knowledge of native plants, ecology, and natural science, making her an expert in California plant communities and their application.
