Our Story

Koch Aluminum was founded by Gene Koch in 1952, initially focusing on windows and doors. Over the years, we have expanded our product offerings and services, but our core values of quality, customer satisfaction, and commitment to excellence have remained constant. Today, our company is led by Randy Koch and his daughter, Jill Hartley, who continue the legacy of providing superior products and service to our clients.

Residential Services

Our residential services are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We install windows, doors, railing, a variety of patio products, and offer free in-home estimates. All of our products are available for over-the-counter purchasing, with special pricing available for contractors and DIY customers. We encourage customers to visit our showroom during regular business hours to explore our extensive range of products.

Commercial Services

Our commercial division was established in 1989 and has been providing materials and service to some of the largest building companies in the area ever since. We sell and install a variety of commercial products, including hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, Hager closers, locks, and exit devices, Hadrian bathroom partitions, Bradley bathroom accessories, custom-sized aluminum awnings, patio covers, and pergolas, as well as retractable shades and screens. We also offer installation services for all commercial products and provide free estimates.

Shop Services

At Koch Building Products, we offer a range of shop services to cater to our clients' needs. These include window and door screen repair, fabricating new screen inserts, copying Schlage keys, custom-made brake material, custom-length gutter for residential use, and replacing tilt keys and slide bolts on storm windows.
