We offer a range of services including pre-construction, construction management, and post-construction services. Our pre-construction services include site selection, adaptation analysis, pre-development meetings, constructability reviews, efficiency/optimization reviews, reliable schedule development, investment-grade proposal with detailed scopes, value engineering, lifecycle cost/TCO analysis, and tax incentives and rebate fulfillment. Our construction delivery methods include design + build, construction management (at-risk or as agent), and cost plus lump sum.

In the post-construction phase, we provide asset maintenance for the life of the facility through our persistent service division, Fleming 8760. Our services include roof maintenance, repair & replacement, insurance claims, energy efficiency upgrades, tenant improvements, remodels, and renovations.
