Identifying Your Model Number

To order repair parts, you need to know the model number of your appliance. Many appliances have a model name and number on the front of the unit, but these are not the numbers the manufacturers use. Most manufacturer model numbers consist of letters, numbers, dashes, and dots. It is important to take the exact numbers from the model tag on the appliance only. Identification numbers on sales receipts, shipping boxes, and energy guide stickers usually contain partial model numbers and may cause you to order incorrect parts.
