Our Story

Quaglino Enterprises and Quaglino Roofing are family-owned and operated businesses that have been serving the San Luis Obispo community for over 100 years. Founded by James A. "Jimmy" Quaglino in 1922, the companies have grown and expanded over the years, with the 3rd and 4th generations of the Quaglino family now at the helm.

About Quaglino Enterprises

Quaglino Enterprises was founded in 1986 as an offshoot of Jimmy's legacy, with the purpose of investing and developing commercial and residential real estate. Today, we specialize in development, construction, leasing, maintenance, and management of Quaglino-owned properties. Our commercial lease spaces include flex office/shop, retail, office uses, food services, and personal services, from single-use tenants to larger complexes. We have developed a reputation founded on integrity, modern, quality properties occupied by exceptional tenants.

Quaglino Roofing was founded in 1922 by James A. "Jimmy" Quaglino, and has grown and expanded over the past 100 years. We specialize in the installation of modern, unfailing roofing products that are installed by our skilled craftsmen. We serve all aspects of the roofing industry, including new and recover roofing projects, commercial, industrial and residential projects, as well as below-grade waterproofing, the abatement of asbestos-related roofing materials, and ongoing and preventative maintenance. Our customers include the State of California, counties, cities, universities, school districts, hospitals, utility companies, and private property owners.
