Lack of Communication and Unreliability
Many customers have reported difficulties in getting a hold of Chris, the owner of Ponchaud Contracting, or receiving calls back from him. Mike Farr and Foxgun both mentioned leaving messages and being ignored, while Chris Sayre also mentioned not receiving a call back.
