Repairs come with 2-4 year warranties and include attic checks to prevent future problems. We prioritize emergency fixes within 24 hours while maintaining clean workspaces throughout the process.
Asphalt Roof
Premium asphalt shingle installations using Owens Corning products with Limited Lifetime Warranties. Our certified installers follow strict nailing patterns and flashing protocols to maximize longevity. We offer Design EyeQ visualization tools to preview color and style options, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional protection against weather elements in Midwestern climates.
Metal Roof
Durable metal roofing systems available in 24-28 gauge steel with 40-year finish warranties. Our installations feature interlocking panels for wind resistance up to 140mph and include snow-shedding designs for northern Ohio/Pennsylvania conditions. We provide material sourcing transparency, using Ohio/Pennsylvania-manufactured products from Jefferson, Greenville, and Orwell suppliers.
Low Slope Roof
Specialized low-slope roofing solutions for 3:12 pitch or lower structures using Mule-Hide products. Our crews install non-fastener systems with 10-20 year warranties, incorporating proper drainage channels to prevent water pooling. We educate clients on maintenance requirements specific to flat roof systems in freeze-thaw climates.
Seamless Gutters
Custom-fitted seamless gutters in 11 color options with 5-year no-leak warranties. Our installations include optimal hanger spacing and downspout placement for efficient water diversion. We offer gutter guard integration to reduce maintenance needs, particularly for properties with surrounding tree coverage in snow-prone regions.
