Our History
Our journey began in 1972 when Mr. R.T. Kay contracted with a local heating and air conditioning company to service 300 customer accounts on a full-time basis. Over the years, we have expanded our operations, moving to a new location in 1985 and again in 1994. In 2003, we settled into our current state-of-the-art facility at 809 Post Street, featuring a complete sheet metal fabrication shop. Throughout our growth, we have remained committed to our core values of quality, customer service, and innovation.
