Our Story
Parsons Construction was founded in July 1981, when the company enthusiastically embraced the custom home, remodeling, and commercial market. Our first project was an addition to a residential home in the Spokane Valley. Since then, we've been able to build in numerous neighborhoods and developments throughout the Spokane and Idaho region. Having never built the same home twice, our creative touch and unique vision has afforded Parsons Construction the opportunity to build some of the most sought after homes in the area.
